Aromatherapy Newsletter: Mid-Winter 2020
Winter Harvest News, 2020
Greetings Everyone!
In this Newsletter:Office Closed - Clare's Trip to Haiti 2020 Sedona Retreat: The Magic of Sedona with the Power of Plants |
We are so happy to say that California Juniper is back in stock, and we are offering an introductory sale on this beautiful new batch. There is a great deal of mystery around this tree! Dr Robert Adams, who authored “Junipers of the World”, did a special study on this species, because it has tremendous variation in chemistry depending on its location. We work with trees in the region of the eastern Mojave Desert, and have also found that they have more variation from tree to tree in the same location than any other tree that we work with. In the past we have always collected from the male CA Juniper trees, as they have had a high level of citronella aroma. Surprisingly, this year the females had a strong citronella scent, while the males had none at all. The mystery only deepens! We’re happy to offer our first ever batch of all female California Juniper at a $5 savings on a 5 ml, and a $10 savings on a 15 ml.

Office Closed - Clare's Trip to Haiti
PhiBee Aromatics will be closed from February 26th – March 6th, as Clare is being sponsored by Prosperity Catalyst to return to Haiti to continue working with Fanm Limye (Women Illuminated). We will be developing products with their newly distilled essential oils, and their own beeswax. We are all very excited about this! Our goal is to have products on the shelves in Haiti before the completion of this trip. We also hope to be adding new Haitian essential oil products to both our and Prosperity Catalyst’s websites upon returning. To see more about their work with women in both Haiti and Iraq, please visit www.prosperitycatalyst.org and www.catalystcollections.com. They have an inspiring new campaign in Haiti called “Millions of Trees for Billions of Bees”.
